TRADITIONAL CONCEPT OF KAZAKH DECORATIVE ART AND ITS INTERNATIONAL SIGNIFICANCE

Abstract
The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev, in an address to the people of Kazakhstan, noted that a people who knows, appreciates and is proud of their history has a great future. Pride in the past, the ability to clearly assess the present and look positively into the future are the keys to the success of our country. In this regard, it is necessary to focus on the development of new technologies without forgetting about people’s tradition, part of which is the national ornament, which takes its roots into steppe tribes such as Sakas and Scythians. National ornamentation is a base of the traditions, which are to be preserved and transmitted. A citizen, who knows his traditions, will be able to resist negative impulses for future chaos and calamities. The concept of Kazakh decorative ornamental art contains the intergenerational wisdom of ages, which holds not only national but international importance. The aesthetic of ornamental décor encourages harmonicas personal development, forming of right traditional values, and that’s why it takes a special place in the worldwide culture picture. Currently, we know that the main activity of each university, as well as institutions of art education, is the preparation of an educated, competent, creative, able to think creatively, believing in their capabilities, striving and able to solve various social problems. In this manner, the Kazakhs strive to use the cultural heritage to a maximal degree for all-out progress and cultural development. So, it’s important to give a strict definition to what is conceptual foundation of Kazakh decorative art.
